About us
After nearly 70 years of development worldwide, Honda Metal Industries has successfully built an extensive network of factories. Vietnam has been selected as the site for Honda’s sixth factory, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters.
The Honda factory in Vietnam operates as a joint venture between Honda Metal Industries of Japan and the Long Van Group. The straightforwardness, integrity, and years of experience in distributing Japanese aluminum in Vietnam are the qualities that have impressed and persuaded Long Van to introduce the high-quality Japanese aluminum brand Hondalex to the Vietnamese market in 2005.

EXTRUSION MOLDS MANUFACTURING
Aluminum molds are automatically processed using EDM and CNC machines after being designed on a computer. They fulfill the demands for complex molds in the electronics and technology sectors.
ALUMINUM EXTRUSION
The Hondalex factory has a capacity ranging from 690 to 2500 tons, with die dimensions of 4.0 – 8.0 inches. The automated die-casting line utilizes 100% Japanese machinery and imported raw materials.
ANODE / ED SURFACE
Surface treatment using vertical Anod technology, creating colors with Nickel metal, following the JIS H8601 and JIS H8602 standards 100% automatically. The colorfastness of the anodized product can last for over 50 years.
